WHAT IS THE PRODUCT WARRANTY?
Product warranty (panels, inverter, lamp/solar pump, accessory,...) are usually given by the manufacturer for a fixed period of time (Varies on specific products) and FOCUS SOLAR will warranty commitment customers for damage caused by faulty product design and technical problems.
INVERTER WARRANTY SUPPLIED BY FOCUS SOLAR
Replacement warranty (1 for 1 exchange) will cover labor costs to disassemble the inverter, shipping costs to send back the faulty inverter and replace it. inverter Just arrived at the customer's house. This is the most valuable type of warranty and gives the customer real peace of mind.
FOCUS SOLAR provides replacement warranty (1 to 1 exchange) for a period of 2-5 years depending on the type of inverter. Customers are warranted for 2-5 years with no out-of-pocket costs for inverter replacement. FOCUS SOLAR will send the customer a replacement inverter as quickly as possible to minimize the customer's damage when the solar power system cannot be used.
After the end of the 1-for-1 warranty for the first time, customers will still get FOCUS SOLAR warranty repair and replacement of defective parts. The customer may have to pay for a technician to come and remove it inverter away from the wall, then install the fixture back on. The customer may also have to pay shipping costs for sending the defective inverter in for warranty and the cost of replacement parts.
